Most classes run weekly, but a few only meet once a month — so check the dates below before you head out. Chair Yoga and Foundation / Basic Yoga meet just once per month. Beach & outdoor classes are weather-permitting; follow our Facebook for cancellations.

Foundation / Basic Yoga Monthly · Beginner-Friendly
Our welcoming once-a-month class built from the ground up — perfect if you're brand new to yoga or returning after time away. We slow everything down to focus on alignment, breath, and the foundational poses that everything else builds on, so you leave feeling steadier, calmer, and more confident on the mat. No experience, flexibility, or special equipment needed — just come as you are. First Wednesday of every month, 6:45–7:30 PM.
